Roulette Livestream puts a real dealer-hosted wheel directly on your screen — place bets on numbered pockets, outside combinations or column splits and watch the result unfold in real time.
Roulette Livestream sits inside the Live Casino category on vip99 — a format where a human dealer runs the wheel from a studio and you watch through a continuous video feed.
The table interface gives you a clear betting grid alongside the live video feed. Each element is designed for mobile viewing, so the grid scales to your screen without losing tap precision.
Each round begins with an open window shown by a countdown timer. You place chips on the grid during this period. Once the dealer announces no more bets, the wheel spins and the window closes. You cannot adjust a placed bet after that point.
Inside bets cover single numbers and small splits; outside bets cover red or black, odd or even, and low or high halves.
Roulette Livestream loads in your mobile browser without a separate download. The video stream and betting grid stack vertically on smaller screens. Tap the chip value you want, then tap the grid position. Confirm before the window closes.
Every round you complete is logged in your account under the transaction or game history section. You can review your bet selections, outcomes and round timestamps there. This record stays in your account and does not require you to remain in the table to access it.
Transparency around how Roulette Livestream pays and performs matters before you commit any amount. The points below cover what is visible in the game interface and where you find published rules — without inventing figures that have not been confirmed for this title.
RTP figures for Roulette Livestream are shown only where the game provider exposes them inside the table panel. We do not publish a standalone RTP number for this title.
The full rules for each bet type — including payout ratios and round procedure — are accessible through the help or info control inside the live table interface. These are set by the table provider and update when the provider pushes a change.
Your active session is tied to your logged-in account. You can close the table at any point in the round gap. Account-level session records are available after you log in, letting you review how long you spent at the table and what rounds occurred.
Roulette Livestream runs in a current mobile or desktop browser. No plugin or app download is required. If the stream pauses, refreshing the browser tab re-joins the same table. A stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection keeps the video feed clear during the betting window.

Before contacting support, check your account game history. Every completed round in Roulette Livestream is logged there with a timestamp. If a round result does not match what you saw on screen, the history record is the reference point the team will use.
The vip99 help centre holds written answers to common table questions — how rounds are settled, what happens if a stream disconnects mid-spin, and how to read your bet history. Find it through the support link in the site footer or account menu.
Before you sit at a Roulette Livestream table, you should know exactly what information is published, where to find it, and what the game category actually involves. The points below reflect what is verifiable on the platform — not claims we cannot back.
Roulette Livestream is categorised under Live Casino — separate from slots, crash games and sports markets. That distinction matters because the pace, betting structure and round history all behave differently. You find it under the Live Casino tab in the lobby navigation.
Rules for every bet type in Roulette Livestream are available inside the table panel through the info control. We do not paraphrase or modify provider rules. What you see in-game is the authoritative version — read it before placing your first chip.
Every round you participate in is recorded against your account. Settlement is visible in game history alongside your bet selections and the round outcome. If a discrepancy arises, that record is the starting point for any support query — it is not deleted when the session ends.
Access to Roulette Livestream on vip99 depends on your local law and eligible region. We do not confirm availability for every location. Check the terms published on the site and confirm your eligibility before depositing funds toward a live table session.
These are the terms you will see most often when reading rules, checking history or discussing a round with support. Each definition covers the meaning as it applies inside a live roulette table session.
An inside bet covers a single number or a small group of adjacent numbers on the main grid. These bets carry higher payout ratios because fewer numbers are selected, but they also cover a smaller portion of the wheel.
An outside bet is placed on the broader groupings at the edge of the grid — red or black, odd or even, or the high and low halves. The payout ratio is lower, but the bet covers a larger share of possible outcomes on the wheel.
The betting window is the timed period at the start of each round when chip placement is allowed. A countdown is shown on screen. Once the dealer closes the window and spins, no further bets or changes are accepted for that round.
A column bet covers one of three vertical columns across the numbered grid, each containing twelve numbers. Placing chips at the foot of a column selects all numbers in that column. The payout ratio is shown in the published rules panel inside the table.
Live dealer roulette uses a human dealer operating a physical wheel in a studio, with the session broadcast by video to your screen. You place bets through the digital grid overlay while watching the real spin, making it distinct from an automated random-number-generator table.
RTP stands for return to player — the theoretical percentage of total bets a game returns over a large number of rounds. For Roulette Livestream, this figure is shown only where the provider exposes it inside the game panel, not as a standalone published number.
These questions come up regularly around Roulette Livestream sessions on vip99. The answers are based on what is published and verifiable on the platform — not assumptions about how the table behaves in every scenario.
